Color is reminiscent of peach. Nose reminds me of a moscato. For a "rose" it is slightly dry. Not a whole lot of fruity notes but just a slight strawberry spectre that quickly fades to a mineral. I am pairing with roasted pork and root vegetables. I think the mineral qualities pair well with a hearty meal. Overall my impression is that I would recommend it. Not my favorite Rose, but certainly decent.
