@Delectable this is the Aurore cuvée, thank you. My first Ctx de Béziers, to the south of Saint Chinian and Faugueres. I believe it's 50 / 50 Chardonnay and Viognier. Hyper modern, super ripe with pineapple and vanilla flavors. Very weighty on the palate. Was not expecting this, and it's very well made for what it is, if not necessarily my style.
