Super tropical and refreshing. Passionfruit, lime, chalk, white flowers, green apple, light creaminess, freshly-cut grass (though not as much as straight Sauv Blanc). Blend of Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng, Colombard, and Sauv Blanc. Just off-dry with good acidity.
