Beautiful all throughout. Light yellow and tinges of light green. Lots of lemon and citrus-like notes with peaches and pears. Small amounts of flint too. Medium acids, weightier mouthfeel than I anticipated which is appreciated, but no heavy oak or butter components. Instead, we’re gifted with some soft toffee, light caramel, and strong minerality. Good long finish too.
