👃Rustic but candied red fruit, wet asphalt, some darker notes and pretty perfume. Quite nice
👅Earthy red fruit that shows whole clusters were used. Mostly bright with acidic red currants/cranberry. Less complex than 👃
Remaining wine was Slow Decanted in my refrigerator
DAY 11
👃Dusty, candied cherries & earth. Underbrush. Nice
👅Traditional style pinot with earthy red fruit. Finishes dry with acidic/tannic pull on the cheeks
This drank equally well on days 1 and 11. Nose>palate🍷🍇
