Perfectly aged! Bramble and sauvage. Medium dark ruby red with no bricking. Aromas of iron, cracked pepper and smoked meats. Quite fruity on the palate with a long finish (dried herbs and dried red fruits). Really beautiful right now. No need to age any longer but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to die anytime soon either
