Hyper mineral

Great acid, minerality and ocean.

Not as excited as others (@Roel van der Burg 😘) but really good and solid drink with lots of minerals

Butterscotch, honey, acid, almost some "sweet sweat" smell. Great bottle for me and the wife to enjoy together.

Reading like Clisson tonight

A beautiful combination of clean salinity and the warmth and texture of a few years of age. Still perfect with oysters!

Nose smells a little but like rotomolded plastic and sour peach rings...but the Palate is dry, high acid, with a saline quality. Ruby wine club 2015 - want to track down more bottles
