Was curious how this would hold up: still very much alive, light gold/straw color greenish hued complex nose of cantaloupe & musk melon, saline, minerals, leesy, white flowers, subtle oxidative note - just very engaging particularly as it warmed. On palate it was vibrant & zesty, lively acidity, less fruit more minerals & saline on palate. Fantastic accompaniment to our Big Ass Salad w/smoked salmon & briny ingredients… has more time
