On the palate more summer fruits , pomegranate, complemented by strong minerality , very good acidity and pretty present fine tannins . Good length , mineral finish . Needs time , drinkable with air and some red meat , but would benefit from another 5 years . Drank at Cabotte, London

Pretty, soft and light as a feather. Dried cranberries with lite sugar to balance the acidity. Lingering finish, it’s definitely begging for a couple years hanging in the cellar, but it is stunning.
