Medium deep ruby . Quite ripe and rich on the nose , sweet cherries, after a while more earthy , dried cranberry, inviting . On the palate more summer fruits , pomegranate, complemented by strong minerality , very good acidity and pretty present fine tannins . Good length , mineral finish . Needs time , drinkable with air and some red meat , but would benefit from another 5 years . Drank at Cabotte, London
