Gorgeous color, First nose smelled pine that dissipated fast then let come this beautiful bread mouthfeel, mineral, fat, salty like a crust of Fleur de sel coating a ginger/lemon candied fruit (not sure about the English wording here). Light white pepper in mid-palate. Interesting... Would have wait 2 more years though...
