Vintage 2009 / Wine number 2 for the Xmas cheese board. My personal favorite. Excellent with Roquefort. Apricot in smell ánd taste. Botytris in smell. Rich taste.

Heavily oaked for Sauternes. Candied apricot and peach flavors abound. Nice length on the finish. Will surely continue to improve with age as well.
