Vintage 2009 / Wine number 2 for the Xmas cheese board. My personal favorite. Excellent with Roquefort. Apricot in smell ánd taste. Botytris in smell. Rich taste.

Heavily oaked for Sauternes. Candied apricot and peach flavors abound. Nice length on the finish. Will surely continue to improve with age as well.

Great light white wine, not sweet at all. Great with sushi and just on its own.

Purchased in Bordeaux, 2015 vintage still needs time to age. Will be delicious in a year or two.
