Still primary and young. Tastes like it did 7 years ago. Aging very slowly. Awesome wine that should be revisited in 5-10 years

Julienne Reserve was great tonight. Standard STUD from CDP. Elegant fruit with huge body and length. The Salon was beautiful. My one comment about that champagne is the little bubbles. So soft and fragrant.

Well done. More jammy than earthy with a silky finish than lingered like an old friend that doesn't want to say goodbye. Pretty hot at over 15%! Needed a good hour to cool off and open up. Highly recommended.
