Needed this last night when I had a bowl of fish stew at the best Mexican restaurant in Seattle. Perfect wine for seafood and summer, or even a midwinters’ remembrance of summer. Pale yellow white, very good clarity. Yeast and white floral notes in nose. Crisp, creamy grapefruit notes in mouth. Shows some finesse

Got at Daves Fresh Pasta at the recommendation of a staff member. Drinks decently. Was better with food. Did not love the back end. Probably wouldn’t get again.

I’m not a huge fan sadly. It’s definitely better well chilled, and paired with fish / seafood. We had it with a paella. It’s quite a wide and flat mouth feel, but almost a little fuzzy on the tongue. Apple, and minerals. Meh. A nice wine but just not to my taste.
