2020; Very hot today (96°) needed cold wine relief.
Nose has clementine pulp after juicing, muddled raspberries and cold whipped (fresh) cream.
Palate has orange zest, watermelon rind, cherry and wet (sand) minerals.
Nothing over the top, quite serviceable, just not my style. 87-88

40% Mourvedre, 36% Grenache, 12% Grenache Blanc, 6% Roussanne & 6% Viognier

Amador mostly Grenache Mouvedre rosé. Um, yum. Smells like watermelon and...watermelon. Tastes like wild strawberries, and tart raspberries. Grippy and zesty.

The new vintage is fully settled in after being bottled in late March. All foot tread in small bins, with a higher percentage of Mourvèdre lending more spicy intrigue and a hint of tannins. Ready for whatever Summer shenanigans you throw at it! #higherelevations

Strawberries and cream. A different and lovely take on Rose. Bought at the tasting room earlier this year when you could still visit those places...
