Tawny brownish amber color. Thin. Looks overly old. In the nose: slate, menthol, dark fruit, caramel, earth. Later on add some sweetness too with roses and salt. In the mouth it's obvious it's advanced with a light finish. Would say this wine was maybe not treated well at some point, but it didn't diminish the nose tonight which improved over the 8 hrs we enjoyed it.
