@delectable this is White Condrieu. A bit shy at first, but revealed classic ripe Viognier with time. Perfect apricot, liquid pollen, cantaloupe, rind. Only wished a bit more fleshed out and with more acidity, but a pleasure and a privilege, esp with cornmeal skate wing. Textural beauty, gimme condrieu whenevaaaa
