First time with this grape. Acid driven, some red fruit, good deal of herb. Reminiscent of some Jura reds.

Black raspberries, orange rind, pomegranates, roses, baking spices, white pepper, pottery soil. Sharp acid, minimal smooth tannins, medium bodied, silky texture, floral earthy finish. Highly aromatic, mineral driven, floral forward. A polished version of Pineau d'Aunis.
