No notes tonight. We are having dinner in a nice restaurant in a Canet en Roussillon in front on the sea. Very mineral nose with flinty and chalky touches. The palate is wonderful, expanding all along and finishing in a peacock tail of fruit, pear, peach, lemon zest, some nice thickness, some grip. Wow. Superb wine !
