An anomaly from Sancerre and departure from flinty lemon grapefruit sour. Perriere has canned peach, apple, Bartlett pear, and sage. It is round in texture which hides the underlying acid with flavors of Lychee and Fuji apple. It could use some concentration, but has a plush and comfortable texture.
