The all-reliable! Always fresh, crisp, and full of energy. The 2021 entry-level Pepiere was all that but with a little more fruit power than expected, which worked well with the rich cheese pairing (Brie and Brillat-Savarin). Love how it still hits it out of the park on the salinity front.
