Today was a good day-I got to drink muscadet. Like green apple and lemon peel jam spread on toast with racy acid and minerals. The texture is amazing. Too good to cost $23.

These wines are fucking exuberant and absurd. Paradoxically rich and unctuous and palate-coating but lifted by the evanescent litheness of its searing acidity. Value beyond comprehension.
