Red wine from Muscadet? Would've been interesting if it were a bit riper. Too green/acidic. They'd better stick to whites.

So light, so mineral, spicily herbal, earthy... Wait, is that fruit?

Raspberry color with a slightly strange nose. Mineral taste is good. "Wet rocks"

2 killer wines that could not be more different from each other. Gamay and cab- new vs old world. Only thing in common- OG fruit, low sulfur, loss of love in the winemaking. Really enjoyed them both. Even though beaver creek was a bit funky out the gate and wasn't sure I was into it. 10 minutes in (still only drank 1 glass of wine btw) and it was less alcoholic and fruit and spice characteristics started coming through.
