As the weather warms, my thoughts turn to Picpoul. Green tasting with citrus, herbal and mineral notes. The acid lives up to its reputation, “Lip Stinger”. Yesterday, I drank it with sardines, so good. Today, I’m picking up some oysters and will finish off the bottle.
