A dry aromatic white from Languedoc. Mid Lemon in colour with a touch of brass. Initial aromas of Pear which developed into Fruit Salad with airing. The typical textural waxy fruity feel on the palate of many Mediterranean whites yet finishing dry. A delicious wine which would be a great accompaniment to shellfish/oysters.
