Sunday night treat to go along a raclette 😊 you gotta love winter. The nose is rather mineral with gun powder, hay, a tiny bit of chalk and lemon. This is a textbook burgundian chardo nose. The palate shows a dense acid drive, some lemony, waxy notes all along, a bit of a grip and a good tension, a long finish with a tiny bit of heat, the same lemon and wax notes that linger for a good minute. It's not great but it matched quite well with the meal

Very mineral nose with crushed rocks mainly and hay and lemon but the fruit is discreet. The palate is rather on the acid side with an acid backbone that overwhelms all fruity lemony touches. A strong grip and a rather pleasant finish.
