I just like Beaujolais lol

Dry, medium-bodied, but too much of a peppery taste build up as you go down the bottle for our liking.

Bubble gum, cherry and some green twigs on the nose. Good acidity and freshness. Good typical Beaujolais.

Nice, easy-drinking Beaujolais. Some interesting yeasty notes.

Ruby red clear and bright. Nose has red berries (raspberry) and spice (black pepper). Taste is low acidity and moderate tannins. It is not overpowering and seems to have an hint of underripe flavor, but it could be the tannins tricking me. I like it with Parmesan.

Granite, spicy and almost overbearing nose with a very light body mostly of red berries with a strong mineral taste and medium tannins. Not super strong on the palette, very light compared to the nose.
