Gold yellow, tangerine, lemon peel, yellow apple, slightly honey, hidden white and yellow bouquet, high acidity, slightly plastic, petrol note, a bit waxy, bee wax, a bit yeast, somehow there is some gripping tannin. Med plus body, alcohol is definitely more than 12 %, wet stone, oyster shells. Paired with stirred fried shishito pepper and anchovy, not the perfect marriage but doable.
