Perfumed and aromatic.

Found this to be super oxidative. Aromas of white peach, candle wax, bruised pineapple, marzipan, bread dough and orange blossom. The palate was insanely floral and it's leesy yeasty tones started to become far more present too. It's interesting, not many places in Adelaide would have something like this on the list

Tropical, perfect bite. Had with pasta and Brussel sprouts

Super light, not much substance
