Perfect place to start the evening. Bright acidity! Lemon pith and slatey minerality.

A little fruity for me, but good.

Home with seafood stew. Very bright with out food. High high acid. A bit unbalanced from this

Refreshing, but neutral and unmemorable.

Briny, actually think it smells like oysters. Light, delicate acidity, goes fast.
