👁 Medium purple
👃 Very reserved nose of vanilla and unripe red fruits -strawberry, tart cherry, sour raspberry.
Gaminess and sheep.
👅 Earthy and acid with a touch of black pepper to finish. Solid medium tannin and structure.
✍️ Not sure what happened to this wine (cold year?), the acidity is not well integrated with the rest of the elements.
