Suprised mellow SB great hue great tropics on the nose

Мастика, краска, крыжовник, дрожжи, ячмень. Высокая кислотность. Строго.

Memories of Geneva.

Sauv Blanc and Chardonnay. Really interesting.

Straw clear, mildly metallic on the nose. Subdued acid, with notes of grass on the palate, raw almonds, finishes on mild Chardonnay. Meant to drink with food.

Had this at a Restaurant in Madrid. They made a lovely pairing with a cheese selection. Really nice flavor and body.

Good white with quite the backstory.
