If you close your eyes and don't pay attention too closely, you could be forgiven for thinking this was Savenniers. Still very much alive, the nose has the signature Chenin honeyed note to go with a lovely nuttiness and loads of minerality. Complex, interesting, and intellectual. Makes me think I should drink more dry Vouvray.
