Has a lifted carbonic maceration set of aromas the bottle seems sound but it’s completely different than what I was expecting. Hmmm

What makes this wine special is the sum of its parts. There is something here for everyone. Funk, earth , spice, red fruit , dark fruits. All wrapped up in medium acid and low alcohol. I will seek out other wines from this producer.

Yummy new vintage of this — dark fruit — plums, blackberries, turned earth — perfect with grilled chicken thighs and a nice chill on it on a very hot summer evening 👍

Crisp, brightly fruited, loaded with carbonic notes, very grapey on the finish. The VA is substantial and the brett noticeable, but its funky and pretty easy to drink. There is some nice notes from its WC fermentation. Not very contemplative, but simple and refreshing, with an earthy side to add complexity.

Blue, black, red fruits. Delicious and supple.

A young and already charming wine. Sour cherry, pomegranate, barberry and red flowers. Light, flavourful, savoury, elegant and beautiful. And then I learned about price. Drop-curtain.

Was excited to try this unique Pinot Noir bottling from the actual Dijon appellation. But not sure I love it, especially for the price. A bit purpleish in the glass. Quite a bit of strawberry. Overall just not that interesting. Still a nice light finish with good acid.
