This is a really complex wine. 100% Chardonnay, but with solid acidity.

Needs at least an hour to open. Especially good with chicken fried steak and potatoes and gravy. Strawberry, raspberry. Tastes young, but may not have many years left. Very interesting. First vintage by producer. Supposedly the first Coteaux de Dijon ever produced.
