Jul 5th, 2015Full bodied, smokey, spicy, complex nose with black fruits on one level and tobacco on another. Paired excellently with tangy cheeses and hearty beef. The Syrah gives it intensity and the Grenache and Mourvèdre add fruit and roundness.
