3.5 Full-bodied red Rhone, deep purple with lots of cherry and plum but also a complex finish. Needs to breathe a bit, then quite smooth. Regularly $21.99, on sale for $18.04. 2014 on sale for $18.04, regularly $21.99, just as good as the 2012. Tasted it again in March 2017 and it tasted a bit bubbly, not as smooth as we remembered. Now a 3.1.

2012 vintage. Herbs, worn leather and raspberry. Rustic and sweet nose. Nice body with lengthy tannins and dark fruit. A nice offering

Big mineral at first... I know it's weird, but I taste iron... had to check if I bit my lip or something. The finish has numerous complexities, with lots of earthy undertones to a bold wine.
