A classy Old World style 100% Sauv Blanc vinified in the traditional Sancerre fashion. It has brilliant color, vigorous intense smell, a mineral-driven as the best representation of the area. In the mouth, freshness dominates with a fantastic mouthfeel and with persistent citrus background finish.
It goes phenomenal well with all types of seafood. Never falls short and can its delicacy may bring out all flavors and spices of any asian cuisine as well as smoked chunky fish. Cheers!

Prominent ripe stone fruits and honeysuckle on the nose reminiscing a new world Chard. Quite textured, then flinty minerals and bright citrus acidity come on strong on the mid palate, leading to a clean lift finish.
Not the type of Sancerre I was looking for, but enjoyable nevertheless.
