May 19th, 2019High acidity at the opening. Even after two hours decanted it held on to that acidity. Once aerated properly came out with good red fruits and leather/tobacco flavors. Tannins still but generally nice. The Chiroubles from this vintner is definitely apart from the fleur.....not as fruity at the opening for sure.
