Vezelay Les Angelots: a decent medium body white table wine. Pale yellow, clean very light nose. Strong apple flavor, medium acidity, a touch buttery, nice finish. Good for salads, seafood, chicken.

A bit flat and lacking energy at first but as the glass started to warm it seemed to pick up a bit of minerality and acidity to complements the oak.
