Starts off pretty soft & fruity but with time (esp. day 2!) the structure & minerality emerge.
Green apples, a touch of pear, a hint of exotic fruit and fresh hay.
On the palate this is a touch round and yet with nice, zippy acidity and stony, salty minerality. A touch of good depth, nice purity. A lovely wine.
Vezelay is clearly winning in the climate change.
