Nice white burgundy from an appellation I haven’t had to much of in the past. Deep and mouth filling, with an intensity that would have reminded me of Napa but without the oak or butter. Quite nice.

A pretty 2010 Chard from France 🇫🇷. Showing that early Chardonnay age of funk and medicine, which we like. Let this come up to almost room temp. Pear, Apple, peach. Old world Chard is amazing.

Golden raisin, lemon lime, nuttiness with air. Sweet but not dessert wine. Decent match for foie gras.
