May 7th, 2022I struggled with this wine. It’s really big, dry, and not too tannic. However, it’s so restrained that on its own the complexity of its flavor is lost. Needs a good long time to aerate in the glass. Running it through an aerator opened it up a bit, but still a very tight wine.
