Dec 30th, 2015Brownish red initially, but it seem to gain colour as it aired and was deep purple by the end of 3 hours. Nice aromas of smoky floral cinnamon. Started lighter with flavours of berries and pepper which developed towards a heavier body as it aired and revealing soft well-integrated tannins.
