Cuvée Vincent Selection Côtes du Rhône Syrah

I paid <$5. It’s all about perspective. 100% Syrah, Family farmed, old vine vineyards just outside of Chateauneuf. Concrete, some oak. Really liked this wine with short ribs and mushroom risotto. $50 mystery case sale was a huge winner.

Just not sure about this one. I’m told it’s not a stand alone wine.

Solid Syrah. Subtle start with nice taste and dry finish. Not bold but good flavor overall.

Great wine. Kinda vague mouth at first but really great after it breathes for a while.

Really good wine... would be good for sharing with any friends who enjoy red wine

Delicious red with lots of berry flavor but dry with nice finish

Really opened up after an hour. I enjoyed sipping it leisurely at night, though I wonder how it would taste with dinner.

Lots of leather/saddle and barnyard, plus cherry and ripe fruit on the nose. Wonderfully dry with ripe berries and baking spices. Perhaps a touch if fennel or lavender.

Not quite as magical as last night’s wine, but still quite good. Pairs well with a savory pork schnitzel.
