Peaking. Such a rich, complex nose. Rusty iron, crumbly granite, peppercorns, bresaola, and, yes, dark spicy blackberry essence. Mouthfilling and savory. Soft-textured. Long dry finish. If you like fruity, this is not your wine. But it’s a really nice Crozes in the savory mold.
