Petrol, honeysuckle, cold cream, bruised apple. Definitely did NOT nail this in today's blind tasting. Seems pretty oxidized for a 2010 but still a fun wine for exploring the many faces of Chablis.

Pleasing to taste a good Chardonnay again. Exactly what I'd hoped from stainless and colder terroir. Wet wool and peach nose. Golden over ripe apple, honey, beeswax and crisp minerality. Hot sand essence also easily detectable. It expresses vini and viticulture pefectly and shows varietal and terroir as it should. Well structured too once open.
