Wow- really great! Meaty and tobacco balanced with some red fruits- plum? Vegetal on the nose, lavender and fennel maybe. Tannins still give nice body but not overly strong or big. Also some cooking spices. Killer value at $8 when our friend wise bought from garagist and cellared. TY!!

Fantastic nose--really nice balance of fruit and earth. Full body and easy to drink. Lots of bitter notes and a short finish. Enjoyed it more the first two times but still an amazing deal for $8
