La Sarrasine Côte-Rôtie Syrah
Stinky, great wine to have with big salty steak, disappears fast, great old world wine

Mar 6th, 2016Starts off a bit awkward with a rubbery smell and vegetal overtone, however with time in the glass opens to more bacon fat, seared vegetables, tar, and earth. Soft on the mouth with silky tannins.
