This was wild. Completely different wines throughout its aeration. Had a hard time with this blind. At first it was incredibly earthy, almost a kiss of something aldehydic, then with air, it moved into a deeply reductive stage, salty ham and hot dog, eventually coming around to flint, crushed oyster shell. Really intriguing journey. Fruit was round, very precise and just touching ripe, textural phenolics really added a dimension to the already mineral spine this had. Great wine, too young for sure
