2021 spring. Among the bottles in our recent (and totally informal) Chablis comparison, this stood out - it had an extra degree of depth and complexity, and was balanced while being quite concentrated. Like everything in Burgundy (or any other prestige region), the prices aren’t what they once were, but Dauvissat doesn’t disappoint.
